These terms apply to syderial.ai, which Syderial Inc. (“Syderial”, “we”, “us”) operates. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A separate written agreement with Syderial, such as a design-partner agreement, takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
Using the site
You may browse the site and read its pages for your own information and for evaluating Syderial. You may not attempt to gain access to parts of the site or its systems that are not offered to you, interfere with its operation, probe or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it to break the law.
Research publications
Syderial Research publishes papers and notes on this site. You may read, share and quote them for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit Syderial Research and link to the source page. You may not sell them, present them as your own, or publish modified versions as ours. All other rights are reserved. Examples in the publications are illustrative.
The specification
The Syderial specification is shared on request with design partners and reviewers. It is not published on this site. If we send it to you, you may use it to evaluate Syderial and to correspond with us about it. Do not redistribute or publish it without our written permission. Any separate agreement we sign with you about the specification takes precedence.
The demo
The site links to a demo at demo.syderial.ai. The demo shows how Syderial works with illustrative data. When you use it:
- Do not enter confidential, regulated or personal information, yours or anyone else’s.
- Do not attempt to bypass its access controls, reach data that is not shown to you, or overload it.
- Do not scrape it or run automated traffic against it without our permission.
- Expect it to change, reset or be unavailable without notice.
We may suspend or end anyone’s access to the demo at any time. Nothing in the demo is advice or a commitment about any production service.
Early access
Requesting early access does not create an agreement or an obligation for either side. Any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement. The privacy policy explains how we handle your request.
Names and marks
“Syderial”, the Syderial logo and the star mark are ours. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product. The site content, other than material licensed above, is owned by Syderial or used with permission.
No warranties
The site, the publications, the specification and the demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Syderial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site, the publications, the specification or the demo. Where the law does not allow these limits, our liability is limited to the smallest amount it permits.
Links
The site links to sites we do not control, including our pages on X, GitHub and LinkedIn. Their own terms apply to them.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Syderial Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
