This policy covers syderial.ai, the public website of Syderial Inc. (“Syderial”, “we”, “us”). It does not cover the demo at demo.syderial.ai, the documentation site, or any service we provide to a design partner under a separate agreement. Those have their own terms.
What we collect
Early access requests. If you use the early-access form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your work email, your organization and role, and your note about the asset and workflow you have in mind. Only the work email is required.
Email you send us. If you write to hello@syderial.ai or any other syderial.ai address, we receive your message, your address and anything you attach.
Request logs. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site record basic information about each request: the IP address, the browser’s user agent, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these logs to operate and secure the service.
What we do not collect. The public pages of this site set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising scripts, and load no third-party fonts, trackers or embeds. The site serves its fonts and images itself. Sign-in and operator areas of the site use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep a signed-in session, and only for people who sign in.
How we use it
We use an early-access request to read it, reply to it, and decide whether to talk with you about a research or design-partner engagement. We use email you send us to answer it. We use request logs to run the site, keep it secure and find faults. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles.
Where it goes
When you submit the early-access form, the site sends your request by email to info@syderial.ai through our email delivery provider, with your address set as the reply-to. The site itself does not store the request in a database. The request is kept in our mailbox.
We use service providers to run the site and our email: our hosting provider, which serves the site from the United States, our email delivery provider, and our email host. They process information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of Syderial and others.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on a possible engagement, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Our hosting provider keeps request logs for a limited period under its own retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@syderial.ai. We will answer within a reasonable time, and we may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to early-access requests and correspondence to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
